Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience to help expand our client base and drive business growth.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for prospecting potential clients for our UK repair and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in business development and sales, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of client acquisition. This role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with the ability to build lasting client relationships and drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities within the UK repair and maintenance industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Track and report on business development activities, including client interactions, pipeline status, and sales metrics.
Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the repair and maintenance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with the UK market and repair services is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
