Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in our care. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have experience with childhood development, classroom experience, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for engaging children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive behavior management strategies. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a supportive team environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and care for children in a variety of settings, including daycare centers, homes, or educational environments</li><li>Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, including administering first aid when necessary</li><li>Support behavioral management and encourage positive social interactions among children</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs</li><li>Work with children with disabilities or special needs to provide inclusive care tailored to individual requirements</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education methods</li><li>Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children</li><li>Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom discipline strategies</li><li>Certification or training in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is highly valued</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to foster a nurturing environment that supports emotional and social growth</li></ul>This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to providing high-quality care that supports children's growth and development.Job Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
