Qualifications Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Education and/or Experience:Minimum High School diploma.Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Good computer skills with knowledge of and some experience with Word and Excel.</li><li>Average math skills with the ability to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages to practical situations.</li><li>Knowledge of general accounting functions.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li><li>Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.</li></ul>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reviews daily invoices and gives to the Receptionist to mail out.</li><li>Reviews and Researches all RMA&rsquo;s</li><li>Works with the RMA Department and Sales Department with any Discrepancies</li><li>Closes all RMA&rsquo;s in the ERP System</li><li>Reviews Customer Aging Reports (Collections)</li><li>Runs Customer Aging Reports every 2 &ndash; 3 Days a week to stay Current</li><li>Collects on all outstanding Invoices</li><li>Communicates with Customers in regards to their Payment Details</li><li>Emails / Calls Customers statements or missing invoices</li><li>Confirming all payments for Customers outstanding invoices</li><li>Inputting Customers Payment information into the ERP system</li><li>Provides Back-up for Freight Payables</li><li>Researches and matches BOL&rsquo;s for our Freight Forwarders for Payment</li><li>Communicates with our Freight companies for any discrepancies</li><li>Communicate with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve any Shipping Issues</li><li>Researches and Reconciles the Payables Credit Card Payment</li><li>Collects all Will &ndash; Call Orders Monies from our Customers</li><li>Provide back-up for Receptionist duties</li><li>Provide back-up for Accounts Receivable in running invoices and depositing Incoming checks.</li></ul>Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
