We're seeking a Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business and assist our team with essential office duties.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls with efficiency and courtesy</li><li>Assist agents with administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized reception area</li><li>Support basic office operations to ensure a seamless workflow</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and real estate software</li><li>A professional demeanor and positive attitude</li><li>Previous experience in reception or office administration is a plus</li><li>Weekend availability (Saturday &amp; Sunday 9am to 5pm)</li></ul>This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and contributing to a well-run real estate office.
