Are you a friendly, organized, and professional individual looking for a weekend opportunity in a fast-paced real estate office? We're seeking a Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business and assist our team with essential office duties.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct phone calls with efficiency and courtesy
  • Assist agents with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Support basic office operations to ensure a seamless workflow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and real estate software
  • A professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in reception or office administration is a plus
  • Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday 9am to 5pm)

This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and contributing to a well-run real estate office. The role can be quiet at times, so someone who is proactive and finds ways to stay engaged will do well. If you're ready to be an essential part of our team, we'd love to hear from you! Competitive pay based on experience and skills: $23-$25 per hour.
