Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner

• Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages when needed

• Monitor and control visitor sign-in/sign-out in accordance with community policies

• Provide basic information to visitors while maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality

• Notify staff of visitor arrivals, deliveries, or emergencies

• Maintain a safe and secure front desk, including monitoring entrances

• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, or data entry

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries

• Communicate urgent concerns to nursing or management staff promptly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist experience
• Personable disposition
• Basic computer skills
• Serious Applicants
• Must be 18 years old above
