Our mission is simple- provide high-quality products, excellent service, and honest solutions that improve our customer's homes and comfort.About the RoleWe're looking for energetic, people-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help expand our reach. You'll introduce homeowners to our products, explain the benefits of upgrading their windows and doors, and schedule free estimates for those interested. No high-pressure sales- just friendly, professional conversations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit the local neighborhoods and talk to homeowners about our services</li><li>Promote free, no-obligation quotes for window and door installations</li><li>Keep track of leads and schedule appointments for our sales team</li><li>Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times</li><li>Meet weekly goals for contacts and qualify leads</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hourly pay plus uncapped commissions</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Flexible scheduling (great for students or those seeking extra income)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent communication and people skills</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Self-motivated and positive attitude</li><li>Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people</li></ul>Schedule30 to 40 hours per week (mostly afternoons, early evenings and/or weekends)Job Type: Part-timePay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 30 per weekWork Location: In person
