Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Windows and Doors)

We are a locally owned and family-run Window and Door Company serving homeowners throughout the San Antonio area. Our mission is simple- provide high-quality products, excellent service, and honest solutions that improve our customer's homes and comfort.

About the Role

We're looking for energetic, people-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help expand our reach. You'll introduce homeowners to our products, explain the benefits of upgrading their windows and doors, and schedule free estimates for those interested. No high-pressure sales- just friendly, professional conversations.

Responsibilities

• Visit the local neighborhoods and talk to homeowners about our services
• Promote free, no-obligation quotes for window and door installations
• Keep track of leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times
• Meet weekly goals for contacts and qualify leads

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week (mostly afternoons, early evenings and/or weekends)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
