Job Summary We are looking for a waterproofing crew member to join our team. We provide a variety of services to homeowners, including:- Installing egress windows, sump pumps, and battery backups.- Extending gutters underground and managing yard drainage.- Crack repairs and structural repairs.- Installing interior and exterior drain tile systems.- Crawlspace encapsulations and crawl space dig-outs for basement conversions. Employee would need to be professional, work well with a team, have good problem solving skills and adaptable.Duties<ul><li>Lifting heavy equipment or debris like stone or dirt</li><li>Various physical tasks that are labor intensive</li><li>Operating machinery and tools</li><li>General upkeep of equipment, trucks, tools, and shop</li><li>Pouring concrete</li><li>Digging trenches</li><li>Unload shipments, organize inventory, keep work areas tidy</li><li>Adaptability (adapt to different environments)</li><li>Work indoor/outdoors, cold/warm temps, rainy, small spaces ect.</li><li>Follow instructions from foreman or management</li><li>Prolonged standing or kneeling</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in waterproofing is preferred but not required. Be optimistic about learning! Most of what we do is learned on the job. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are most important.</li><li>Heavy equipment operator a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of basic power tools and equipment acceptable</li><li>Basic construction or landscaping knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of safety in a workplace.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Joining us you would play a crucial role in ensuring that projects run smooth and efficiently contributing to overall success of the team.
