Crew Member

Job Summary
We are looking for a waterproofing crew member to join our team. We provide a variety of services to homeowners, including:- Installing egress windows, sump pumps, and battery backups.- Extending gutters underground and managing yard drainage.- Crack repairs and structural repairs.- Installing interior and exterior drain tile systems.- Crawlspace encapsulations and crawl space dig-outs for basement conversions. Employee would need to be professional, work well with a team, have good problem solving skills and adaptable.

Duties

• Lifting heavy equipment or debris like stone or dirt
• Various physical tasks that are labor intensive
• Operating machinery and tools
• General upkeep of equipment, trucks, tools, and shop
• Pouring concrete
• Digging trenches
• Unload shipments, organize inventory, keep work areas tidy
• Adaptability (adapt to different environments)
• Work indoor/outdoors, cold/warm temps, rainy, small spaces ect.
• Follow instructions from foreman or management
• Prolonged standing or kneeling

Experience

• Previous experience in waterproofing is preferred but not required. Be optimistic about learning! Most of what we do is learned on the job. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are most important.
• Heavy equipment operator a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of basic power tools and equipment acceptable
• Basic construction or landscaping knowledge
• Knowledge of safety in a workplace.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
