Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/ Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsSkills:- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills- Experience in cash handling and ability to accurately process transactions- Familiarity with food safety practices in the food service industry- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere- Proficient in using POS systems to process orders and payments- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferredJoin our team as a Server/ Bartender and showcase your mixology skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
