Server/Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/ Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies

- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills

- Experience in cash handling and ability to accurately process transactions

- Familiarity with food safety practices in the food service industry

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere

- Proficient in using POS systems to process orders and payments

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
