*Key Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, primarily focusing on issue investigation and resolution.* Reproduce customer-reported issues in the test environment, analyze root causes, and document detailed bug reports.* Perform manual functional testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure quality and stability.* Create and maintain clear and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements.* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure effective issue resolution.* Validate bug fixes and verify proper functionality in different environments before deployment.* Assist in preparing release notes and testing documentation.* Monitor system health and assist in diagnosing any unexpected behavior in production environments.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on issue status and resolution timelines.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
