Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins for car rental bookings.
  • Prepare rental agreements, quotations, and invoices accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle delivery and pick-up with drivers and clients.
  • Ensure all rental vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for dispatch.
  • Maintain and update booking records, vehicle availability, and customer database.
  • Verify customer documents (license, ID proof, etc.) before issuing the vehicle.
  • Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Assist in handling breakdowns, replacements, or any customer complaints professionally.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase rental bookings.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on bookings, revenue, and fleet status.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and fleet operations.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools).
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,410.75 - ₹45,000.00 per month
