<div>JOB TITLE: Marketing and Development Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Executive Director 
POSITION SUMMARY

Wings of Hope Family Crisis Services is seeking a Marketing and Development Coordinator to support the agency&rsquo;s marketing, fundraising, and donor engagement efforts. This position plays a key role in promoting the Wings of Hope mission, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring consistent, mission-aligned communication with donors, volunteers, partners, and the broader community. 
The Marketing and Development Coordinator supports revenue-generating activities through strategic marketing, clear communication, and meaningful donor engagement, while strengthening the agency&rsquo;s brand and public presence. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing &amp; Communications
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies for agency programs, services, events, and fundraising initiatives.</li>
<li>Manage Wings of Hope&rsquo;s social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.</li>
<li>Maintain marketing materials for print and digital use, including flyers, brochures, graphics, and donor-facing content.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the agency website with current content related to programs, events, and giving opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain marketing and donor communication.</li>
</ul>
Development &amp; Fundraising Support
<ul>
<li>Support fundraising campaigns, special events, sponsorships, and appeals through marketing and communications materials.</li>
<li>Assist with donor communications including acknowledgments, stewardship pieces, and impact updates.</li>
<li>Support donor engagement efforts by helping ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication with donors and supporters.</li>
</ul>
Brand &amp; Organizational Support
<ul>
<li>Promote the Wings of Hope brand through consistent use of messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with program staff to gather stories and information that support marketing and fundraising efforts.</li>
<li>Represent Wings of Hope professionally in community, media, and donor-facing settings.</li>
<li>Complete additional duties as assigned to support agency development and communications goals.</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li>
<li>Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li></ul>
