JOB TITLE: Marketing and Development Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
POSITION SUMMARY
Wings of Hope Family Crisis Services is seeking a Marketing and Development Coordinator to support the agency’s marketing, fundraising, and donor engagement efforts. This position plays a key role in promoting the Wings of Hope mission, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring consistent, mission-aligned communication with donors, volunteers, partners, and the broader community.
The Marketing and Development Coordinator supports revenue-generating activities through strategic marketing, clear communication, and meaningful donor engagement, while strengthening the agency’s brand and public presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies for agency programs, services, events, and fundraising initiatives.
- Manage Wings of Hope’s social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Maintain marketing materials for print and digital use, including flyers, brochures, graphics, and donor-facing content.
- Maintain and update the agency website with current content related to programs, events, and giving opportunities.
- Maintain marketing and donor communication.
Development & Fundraising Support
- Support fundraising campaigns, special events, sponsorships, and appeals through marketing and communications materials.
- Assist with donor communications including acknowledgments, stewardship pieces, and impact updates.
- Support donor engagement efforts by helping ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication with donors and supporters.
Brand & Organizational Support
- Promote the Wings of Hope brand through consistent use of messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms.
- Work collaboratively with program staff to gather stories and information that support marketing and fundraising efforts.
- Represent Wings of Hope professionally in community, media, and donor-facing settings.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support agency development and communications goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
