We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily Health Care administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working in a fast pace inviorment with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.Responsibilities<ul><li>Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures</li><li>Greeting customers</li><li>Multitask</li><li>Billing</li><li>Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain and assit with auditing client files</li><li>Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information</li><li>Schedule and plan meetings and appointments</li><li>Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages</li><li>Monitor level and help handle staff shortages</li><li>Dispatching &amp; maintain all duties of Transportation</li><li>Assist Transportation Coordinator with maintaining vehicle inspections and documentaion.</li><li>Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies</li><li>Assist Scheduling Cooridinator with the hiring process.</li><li>Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues</li><li>Perform receptionist duties when needed</li><li>Marketing and creating flyers to post on all platforms</li><li>Being on-call 1 week out the month</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role</li><li>Skilled in designing visually appealing office materials, including flyers and newsletters</li><li>Knowledge of billing Medicaid</li><li>Working knowledge of office equipment</li><li>Thorough understanding of office management procedures</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>At least one year of creating marketing material</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
