Digital Marketing Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)Roles and Responsibilities:Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting<ul><li>Identify potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.</li><li>Generate leads for digital marketing and website design services.</li><li>Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.</li></ul>Client Communication &amp; Sales<ul><li>Pitch our services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Website Development.</li><li>Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing packages.</li><li>Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals for clients.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet or exceed targets.</li></ul>Account Management<ul><li>Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth project delivery.</li><li>Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team.</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.</li><li>Track target achievements and pipeline status.</li></ul>Monthly Targets &amp; Performance Expectations:<ul><li>Minimum Lead Conversion: 8&ndash;10 new clients/month.</li><li>Monthly Revenue Target: &#8377;1,00,000 &ndash; &#8377;2,00,000 in sales value.</li><li>Weekly KPI Goals:</li><li>30+ qualified calls or meetings per week.</li><li>10+ proposals sent weekly.</li><li>2&ndash;3 confirmed closures weekly.</li></ul>Performance will be measured based on lead quality, conversion rate, client retention, and revenue contribution.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,396.23 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
