Get to know our brand at @winniecouture and explore #TheWinnieExperience.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead brides through a personalized, high-touch shopping experience&mdash;from first try-on to confident purchase</li><li>Build trust quickly, identify the bride&rsquo;s vision, and recommend gowns and accessories that drive decisions</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales goals</li><li>Actively follow up with brides through daily outreach to convert appointments into sales</li><li>Work collaboratively with the team to maximize sales opportunities and appointment flow</li><li>Support in-store events, bridal shows, and promotional sales initiatives</li><li>Assist with inventory management, shipping, and merchandising</li><li>Maintain a polished, organized showroom that reflects the Winnie Couture brand</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in bridal or luxury fashion</li><li>Confident communicator with strong closing instincts</li><li>Motivated by goals, commission, and performance-based rewards</li><li>Able to multitask and stay composed in a high-energy environment</li><li>Team-oriented, positive, and professional</li><li>Available to work weekends and holidays (required in bridal retail)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Hourly Pay + Commission</li><li>Bonus Opportunities</li><li>Growth within a nationally recognized bridal brand</li><li>A supportive, sales-focused team culture</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
