Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative (Bridal) — Houston Flagship

Winnie Couture is hiring a sales-driven closer who lights up around goals, jump on online bookings the moment they come in, and loves helping brides say “YES.” If you’re hungry, competitive, and motivated by uncapped commission, this is your stage.

Why this role

We have a steady stream of brides and a premium collection. We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative who can confidently guide the appointment, build trust, and close the sale while representing the Winnie Couture brand with warmth and style.

What you’ll do

• Lead bridal appointments end-to-end and convert first-visit sales
• Own your KPIs (close rate, average order value, same-day conversion, outreach)
• Drive daily outreach to hot leads, follow-ups, and event inquiries
• Host and support in-store events, bridal shows, and promotions
• Collaborate with teammates using our team-selling approach to win together
• Keep the showroom photo-ready and support inventory/shipments as needed

What makes you a fit

• Proven success in retail or consultative sales (bridal/luxury a plus)
• Confident, persuasive communicator with a closer’s mindset
• Coachable, proactive, and energized by clear goals and fast pace
• Weekend and holiday availability (our brides shop then!)
• Tech-comfortable (scheduling, CRM/notes, text/email follow-up)
