Job Overview Primary responsibilities include driving a box truck for delivery and pick up secure documents for secure destruction, maintaining existing customer base, plan, develop, and execute delivery routes, and to serve as primary liaison with existing customer base. Driver may also be responsible for driving routes in other departments including laundry and industrial service pick-up and deliveries. Applicant must be able to work flexible hours during the work week.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, customer-oriented, and able to work flexible weekday hours.Responsibilities<ul><li>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</li><li>Safely operate a box truck for delivery and pickup of secure documents</li><li>Plan, develop, and execute assigned delivery routes efficiently</li><li>Maintain existing customer relationships and provide excellent customer service</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers along assigned routes</li><li>Ensure compliance with all security, safety, and DOT requirements</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials as required</li><li>Accurately complete required documentation and logs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification</li><li>Must pass Background Criminal Investigation and Drug Screen security clearance as required by NAID.</li><li>Must be able to push bins weighing up to 200lbs and lift/carry objects weighing 50lbs or more.</li><li>Experience driving vehicles to include light to medium-weight box trucks.</li><li>Must be approvable as a driver of vehicles by WRC insurance provider.</li><li>Must know and obey all traffic laws and practice safe driving skills.</li></ul>WRC, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer / WRC is an &ldquo;At-Will&rdquo; employer.
