</b></h6><div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Draft and review Sale Deeds, Sale Agreements, MOUs, Lease Deeds, and Power of Attorney</li>
<li>Perform property title verification and legal due diligence</li>
<li>Handle property registration and coordination with Sub-Registrar Office</li>
<li>Ensure RERA compliance and legal adherence</li>
<li>Verify land records, patta, Chitta, EC, khata, and related documents</li>
<li>Provide legal support to sales and CRM teams</li>
<li>Handle legal notices, replies, and advocate coordination</li>
<li>Maintain legal files, case records, and documentation</li>
<li>Identify legal risks and provide legal guidance to management</li>
<li>Coordinate with the bank for legal clearance of the home loan and other related matters.</li>

<p><b>Preferred Candidate Profile:</b></p>
<ul><li>LLB or LLM from a recognized university</li>
<li>2 - 5 years of experience in any law Firm</li>
<li>Good knowledge of property documentation</li>
