Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review Sale Deeds, Sale Agreements, MOUs, Lease Deeds, and Power of Attorney
  • Perform property title verification and legal due diligence
  • Handle property registration and coordination with Sub-Registrar Office
  • Ensure RERA compliance and legal adherence
  • Verify land records, patta, Chitta, EC, khata, and related documents
  • Provide legal support to sales and CRM teams
  • Handle legal notices, replies, and advocate coordination
  • Maintain legal files, case records, and documentation
  • Identify legal risks and provide legal guidance to management
  • Coordinate with the bank for legal clearance of the home loan and other related matters.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • LLB or LLM from a recognized university
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in any law Firm
  • Good knowledge of property documentation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
