APPLY ONLY IF THE SALARY &amp; JOB ROLE SUITS YOUWishes and Blessings, a Noida-based NGO, is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and driven individual to join our team as an Education Officer.Position: Education OfficerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: In-office and field-based role (regular visits to centres required)Salary: &#8377;22,000 &ndash; &#8377;26, 000 per monthEligibility Criteria:<ul><li>B.Ed. or MSW (specialization in Education, Community Development, or Social Work).&bull; Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the education or development sector.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of early childhood and informal education methodologies.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in teacher training and hands-on classroom observation.</li></ul><ul><li>Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of social media handling is an added advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to travel frequently to various centre locations.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent management and organizational skills.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and manage data related to children enrolled under the programme</li></ul>.&bull; Coordinate with education centres on a daily basis.<ul><li>Conduct regular visits to centres to monitor teaching-learning processes and overall child progress.</li></ul><ul><li>Design and implement assessments to evaluate children&rsquo;s academic growth and skill development</li></ul>.&bull; Track and report on the progress of children throughout the programme duration.<ul><li>Manage donor communication, engagement, and record-keeping</li></ul>.&bull; Oversee accounts and ensure timely management of dues.<ul><li>Maintain complete documentation and reports of all activities and visits.</li></ul><ul><li>Curate engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;26,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
