HR cum Office Manager

A Noida based NGO Wishes and Blessings is seeking a high performing and motivated and experienced individual to join our team.

The requirements are as follows:

* excellent communication skills - written and spoken - English - NON NEGOTIABLE

* experience in HR ( policies / hiring / staff welfare and management)

*experience in office administration (Working in a non-profit setup preferable)

* Ability to work alone and stay motivated as well as work well in a team set-up.

* Excellent management skills.

* Excellence in excel and data entry

Key responsibilities include:

• Staff welfare and management
• Day-to-day management of team, monitor growth and progress
• Manage Reporting and performance
• Manage internal communication
• Assist the Founder & President
