All roles are paid, ensuring your dedication is recognized and rewarded.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and cook mochi donuts from scratch, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.</li><li>Decorate donuts with icing, toppings, and other creative embellishments to enhance visual appeal.</li><li>Package finished products carefully for retail display or takeout orders, maintaining presentation standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary.</li><li>Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.</li><li>Support the team during busy periods by contributing to food preparation, customer service, and general kitchen operations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in baking or pastry arts is highly preferred, especially with dough-based products like mochi or donuts.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, food presentation, and creative culinary techniques.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within a commercial kitchen setting.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced food production environment such as bakeries, cafes, or restaurants.</li><li>Familiarity with packaging processes for retail or catering purposes is a plus.</li><li>Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques are desirable for efficient food prep.</li><li>Previous customer service experience is beneficial for engaging positively with customers and team members.
