• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Support the team during busy periods by contributing to food preparation, customer service, and general kitchen operations.

Experience

• Prior experience in baking or pastry arts is highly preferred, especially with dough-based products like mochi or donuts.
• Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, food presentation, and creative culinary techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within a commercial kitchen setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced food production environment such as bakeries, cafes, or restaurants.
