Benefits include medical, vision, dental, HSA, FSA, transit, 401(k), and continuing education.</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll doThe successful candidate will design and manage complex building projects regionally and nationally, with limited travel anticipated. Typical work includes large-scale multifamily housing, office/training facilities, institutional, military, and industrial projects. We also perform seismic assessments, retrofits, and engineering services for a wide variety of structures.What you&rsquo;ll need<ul><li>Ability to lead a team of engineers through technically complex projects.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis (Master&rsquo;s preferred but not required).</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience (10+ preferred).</li><li>SE license desirable; willingness/ability to obtain in near future.</li><li>Proficiency with structural analysis/design software (RAM Structural System, ETABS, Enercalc).</li><li>Strong documentation skills (drawings, specifications, reports).</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills to enhance client relationships and team collaboration.</li><li>Desire to grow professionally and provide mentorship.</li></ul>ApplySend your resume to careers@wja-dc.com.WJA Design Collaborative is an equal opportunity employer.
