Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a full-time Senior Structural Engineer to complement and integrate with our dynamic team of engineers and architects.

What you’ll do

The successful candidate will design and manage complex building projects regionally and nationally, with limited travel anticipated. Typical work includes large-scale multifamily housing, office/training facilities, institutional, military, and industrial projects. We also perform seismic assessments, retrofits, and engineering services for a wide variety of structures.

What you’ll need

• Ability to lead a team of engineers through technically complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis (Master’s preferred but not required).
• Minimum 8 years of experience (10+ preferred).
• SE license desirable; willingness/ability to obtain in near future.
• Proficiency with structural analysis/design software (RAM Structural System, ETABS, Enercalc).
• Strong documentation skills (drawings, specifications, reports).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to enhance client relationships and team collaboration.
• Desire to grow professionally and provide mentorship.
