As we scale our digital solutions across the Middle East and beyond, we need a technical leader who combines deep coding expertise with a robust understanding of system architecture and operational efficiency.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical software. You will serve as a technical anchor for the team, ensuring that our codebases are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with international best practices.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Full-Stack Development: Lead the end-to-end development of complex web and mobile applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, or Python/Django).</li><li>System Architecture: Design scalable microservices architectures and manage database schemas to ensure high availability and performance.</li><li>Code Integrity: Conduct rigorous peer code reviews and implement automated testing suites to maintain zero-defect production environments.</li><li>Data Management: Utilize advanced data handling techniques&mdash;including complex Excel macros and XLOOKUP for legacy data migration and system consolidation tasks.</li><li>DevOps Integration: Collaborate with operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).</li><li>Technical Mentorship: Act as a &quot;Team Leader&quot; figure, guiding junior developers through technical roadblocks and fostering a culture of continuous learning.</li><li>Cross-Border Coordination: Work effectively with international stakeholders and remote departments to ensure project alignment across different time zones.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Experience: 8&ndash;12 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in a senior or lead capacity.</li><li>Technical Stack: * Expert-level proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).</li><li>Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP integrations (D365 or similar) is a significant advantage.</li><li>Languages: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
