Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding company services, appointments, and customer inquiries.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with operational departments to ensure timely service delivery.</li><li>Handle customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments, service bookings, and follow-up calls.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and update information within the company system.</li><li>Support customer retention initiatives through proactive communication and follow-up.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Reception role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
