Job Title: Minimalist Illustrator / Graphic DesignerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a versatile Illustrator / Graphic Designer with a clean, modern aesthetic and strong digital design sensibilities. You should be comfortable producing high-quality illustrations, selecting and adapting illustration libraries, and creating polished visual assets for performance-driven ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels.This role requires a mix of creativity, speed, and technical execution. However, if you&rsquo;re looking for something more meaningful:<ul><li>If you want to be part of a superstar team that&rsquo;s not just talented, but also humble and kind,</li><li>If you're excited to build a game-changing product from the ground up,</li><li>If you're eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges,</li><li>If you thrive on solving tough problems and working hard,</li><li>If you're driven by the idea of making a real impact in the world,</li><li>You want to grow (including financially) as we grow,</li></ul>Then please keep reading!Key ResponsibilitiesIllustration &amp; Visual Design<ul><li>Create clean, modern, brand-aligned illustrations for digital products, websites, and marketing assets.</li><li>Research, evaluate, and recommend illustration libraries and styles that fit our brand voice and campaign needs.</li><li>Adapt and customize illustration libraries to ensure consistency across use cases.</li><li>Develop reusable visual components, icons, characters, and motifs.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Ad Creative</li><li>Design high-performing creative assets for Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other paid media channels.</li><li>Produce variations optimized for A/B testing (layouts, styles, messaging placements, etc.).</li><li>Ensure creatives meet platform specifications and performance best practices.</li><li>Work closely with marketing leads to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visuals.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Creative Support<ul><li>Maintain a consistent visual language across all materials.</li><li>Collaborate on landing pages, email templates, and social media graphics as needed.</li><li>Support quick-turn creative requests while maintaining quality and attention to detail.</li><li>Follow existing brand guidelines and help refine them over time.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in illustration, graphic design, or digital design.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design and illustration skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Ability to source, assess, and customize illustration libraries (e.g., vector sets, icon packs, character systems).</li><li>Experience creating ad creatives for Google, Meta, or other paid social platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and turn around deliverables quickly.</li><li>Strong research skills and ability to match styles to campaign objectives.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience with animation (Lottie, After Effects).</li><li>Basic UI/UX design experience.</li><li>Experience with kid/family-friendly brands or playful illustration styles.</li><li>Knowledge of design trends in D2C, SaaS, marketplaces, or consumer apps.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>You have a strong eye for detail and a love for clean, modern visuals.</li><li>You enjoy researching new styles, libraries, and design systems.</li><li>You&rsquo;re fast, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple creative requests.</li><li>You&rsquo;re collaborative and receptive to feedback.</li></ul>Pay: Rs700.00 per hourExpected hours: 10.0 &ndash; 20.0 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available between the hours of 12- 8pm IST?</li><li>Why do you believe you'll be a good fit for this role?
