Overview

Wondrfly is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with proven expertise in the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) tech stack. You will split your time between hands-on development and leading a small team of front-end engineers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Development: Write, review, and optimize front-end code using Angular, TypeScript, and other MEAN stack technologies. Integrate AI frameworks or services into front-end applications to enhance user experiences and performance.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Project Management: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end teams to scope, plan, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
• Technical Excellence: Maintain coding standards, enforce best practices, and champion continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows. Stay updated on emerging AI and front-end trends to continuously improve product offerings.
• Performance & Quality: Monitor application performance and ensure seamless user experiences by incorporating testing frameworks, monitoring tools, and AI-driven optimizations

Qualifications

• Fluency in the English language
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with strong expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), including:
• o At least 1 year leading or mentoring a technical team, and
• o At least 1 year working with latest AI technologies as a developer
• Proven experience incorporating AI technologies (e.g., machine learning APIs, NLP frameworks) into software products.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to balance individual contributions with team management responsibilities.

Note: We’re a young startup, and the salary for this role is 150,000 PKR per month for the first 6–12 months. This amount is fixed and non‑negotiable.
