We believe in craftsmanship, precision, and building something special together.We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part&#8209;Time Production Specialist who can work independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable in a manufacturing/shop environment, working with wood and acrylic materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining a safety-first mindset at all times.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Operate CNC machines, drill presses, lasers, router tables, and other woodworking/acrylic equipment</li><li>Handle wood and acrylic materials with care and attention to quality</li><li>Help maintain a clean, safe, well&#8209;organized shop environment</li><li>Communicate with team members to ensure products are in stock and smoothly produced</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive, team&#8209;oriented workshop atmosphere</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Experience with CNC, laser, router, and other production tools</li><li>Comfortable working in a factory/shop environment (noise, equipment, materials)</li><li>Strong attention to detail &mdash; you&rsquo;ll be working with precision in both wood and acrylic</li><li>Good communication skills and a collaborative, team&#8209;focused attitude</li><li>Self&#8209;motivated, dependable, and safety&#8209;minded</li><li>Prior warehouse or production experience is advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic</li><li>Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely</li><li>Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor production issues</li><li>Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes quickly</li><li>Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain quality standards</li><li>Team-oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively with coworkers</li><li>Experience with acrylic or woodworking materials is a plus</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hirePay: From $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 25 per weekWork Location: In person
