The Fit-out Projects Manager own end-to-end delivery of WOODEX fit-out turnkey projects from commercial handover through to client sign-off, while actively contributing to business development, pre-contract preparation, team building, and the continuous improvement of project management standards across the fit-out function.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Execution&ndash; Own all assigned fit-out projects from kick-off to formal handover&ndash; Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule per phase: survey, design freeze, production release, site mobilization, installation, snagging, and handover&ndash; Manage site teams, subcontractors, and installation crews across concurrent projects&ndash; Conduct regular site visits and enforce daily and weekly progress tracking&ndash; Coordinate material release triggers with Procurement and Inventory based on confirmed site readiness&ndash; Liaise with Production to align factory output with site delivery windows&ndash; Flag scheduling conflicts or delays proactively &mdash; minimum 72 hours before they become critical2. Pre-Contract and Commercial Support&ndash; Assist in preparing project pricing and cost estimates, ensuring scope is accurately captured and margins are protected&ndash; Qualify subcontractors and vendors prior to engagement &mdash; evaluate capability, track record, capacity, and commercial terms&ndash; Review client contracts and contractual documents; provide written remarks and recommend modifications to safeguard company interests before execution&ndash; Review shop drawings, technical submittals, material submittals, and all project documentation before submission to clients or consultants &mdash; ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved scope3. Business Development Support&ndash; Represent WOODEX in meetings with potential clients; present the company profile, fit-out capabilities, and product and service offering&ndash; Support the commercial team in converting qualified leads by providing technical credibility and project delivery confidence during client engagements&ndash; Contribute to proposal preparation by providing realistic delivery schedules, methodology inputs, and resource assessments4. Client and Stakeholder Management&ndash; Act as the primary operational contact for the client throughout project execution&ndash; Manage client expectations on scope, timeline, and quality &mdash; proactively, not reactively&ndash; Manage scope-change requests: document, price, and escalate to Operations Director before committing&ndash; Attend handover inspections and obtain formal client sign-off documentation5. Quality and Snagging&ndash; Conduct snagging inspections at pre-handover and handover stages&ndash; Classify and assign snag items by severity and responsible party&ndash; Ensure all critical and major snags are closed before handover; document minor items with resolution timelines&ndash; Enforce WOODEX installation and finish standards across all site teams and subcontractors6. SOPs and Standards Development&ndash; Build and maintain the WOODEX Fit-Out Project Management SOP library &mdash; covering all project phases, documentation requirements, site protocols, subcontractor management, and handover procedures&ndash; Ensure SOPs reflect actual practice and are updated following project lessons learned&ndash; Establish this documentation as the authoritative operational reference for the fit-out function7. Team Management&ndash; Recruit, onboard, and train subordinates within the fit-out and site management team in coordination with HR Department.&ndash; Provide ongoing guidance, task delegation, and day-to-day supervision&ndash; Conduct performance appraisals as directed by HR, using objective, evidence-based assessments&ndash; Identify skill gaps and coordinate development interventions with the Operations Director8. Reporting and Documentation&ndash; Maintain a live project tracker covering all active and pipeline projects&ndash; Submit a weekly status report to the Operations Director: schedule attainment, risk flags, budget variance, open snags&ndash; Maintain complete site files: approved drawings, change orders, delivery confirmations, subcontractor agreements, and handover certificates&ndash; Keep all active project data current in Odoo within 24 hours of each milestone event9. Budget and Cost Control&ndash; Track project cost against approved budget per job&ndash; Flag variations requiring cost revision before they are executed on siteReview subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and scope alignment before Accounts processingPay: KD650.000 - KD950.000 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Kuwait City (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
