Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:</b><br>
<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of bartending experience preferred</li><li>Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law</li><li>Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes</li><li>Must have strong customer/guest orientation</li><li>Organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Must be dependable</li></ul></div>

Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Maintain a professional appearance at all times</li><li>Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including glassware, expendable paper goods, and other supplies</li><li>Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of bar area(s), glassware, and equipment</li><li>Assure that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed</li><li>Provide food and beverage service to guests</li><li>Prepare and serve food as needed</li><li>Collect payment for food and drinks served</li><li>Greet and provide immediate attention to guests</li><li>Learn the names of regular guests and personally recognize them</li><li>Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service</li><li>Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available</li><li>Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks</li><li>Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned</li><li>Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests</li><li>Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager</li></ul></div></div>
