Bartender/Server

Woodholme Country Club is seeking a Bartender/Server! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

1–2 years of bartending experience preferred
Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
Must have strong customer/guest orientation
Organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be dependable

Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including glassware, expendable paper goods, and other supplies
Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of bar area(s), glassware, and equipment
Assure that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed
Provide food and beverage service to guests
Prepare and serve food as needed
Collect payment for food and drinks served
Greet and provide immediate attention to guests
Learn the names of regular guests and personally recognize them
Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service
Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
