Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and caring individuals to join our Summer Camp team! Our 10-week day camp serves preschool through elementary-aged children and features fun, weekly-themed programming, hands-on activities, outdoor play, and enrichment experiences. Camp staff play a key role in creating a safe, joyful, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and make lasting summer memories.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and engage campers in daily activities</li><li>Lead and assist with weekly themed programming</li><li>Support arts &amp; crafts, games, STEM projects, outdoor play, and group activities</li><li>Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment</li><li>Assist with daily routines, transitions, and schedules</li><li>Model positive behavior and teamwork</li><li>Communicate professionally with staff and families</li><li>Help with setup, cleanup, and organization of camp spaces</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with children preferred (camp, school, childcare, babysitting, etc.)</li><li>Ability to work with preschool and elementary-aged students</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and responsible</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>How to Apply: Apply through Indeed or submit your resume to: blewl@wcdsnj.orgJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.92 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 35 per weekWork Location: In person
