Summer Camp Staff

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and caring individuals to join our Summer Camp team! Our 10-week day camp serves preschool through elementary-aged children and features fun, weekly-themed programming, hands-on activities, outdoor play, and enrichment experiences. Camp staff play a key role in creating a safe, joyful, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and make lasting summer memories.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage campers in daily activities
• Lead and assist with weekly themed programming
• Support arts & crafts, games, STEM projects, outdoor play, and group activities
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and schedules
• Model positive behavior and teamwork
• Communicate professionally with staff and families
• Help with setup, cleanup, and organization of camp spaces

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred (camp, school, childcare, babysitting, etc.)
• Ability to work with preschool and elementary-aged students
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
