Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Respiratory Therapists must be RRT in good standing, be able to pass a Pre-employment background check.Conduct patient assessments to evaluate respiratory needs and develop appropriate care plans.</li>
<li>Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including airway management and ventilator support.</li>
<li>Monitor patients' vital signs and response to therapy in critical care and acute care settings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient environments.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility protocols.</li>
<li>Provide education and support to patients and families regarding respiratory health and treatment options.</li>
<li>Respiratory Therapists work with our ventilators, under the direction of our Pulmonologist and Medical Director.</li>

Respiratory Therapists communicate with our Nurse Practitioner, who is on staff Monday-Friday, physicians, families and residents on a daily basis.
