Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Respiratory Therapists must be RRT in good standing, be able to pass a Pre-employment background check.Conduct patient assessments to evaluate respiratory needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including airway management and ventilator support.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and response to therapy in critical care and acute care settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding respiratory health and treatment options.
• Respiratory Therapists work with our ventilators, under the direction of our Pulmonologist and Medical Director.

Respiratory Therapists communicate with our Nurse Practitioner, who is on staff Monday-Friday, physicians, families and residents on a daily basis.
