Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Your energy and dedication will help foster a productive and welcoming office environment, contributing directly to our company&rsquo;s success.Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service support.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.</li><li>Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and organize meetings efficiently.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support basic office bookkeeping processes.</li><li>Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory, oversee filing systems, and ensure the office environment remains organized and welcoming.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills.</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs and facilitate clear communication.</li><li>Prior experience as a receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous.</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities.
