Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to inspire and guide young learners in a dynamic educational environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while collaborating with a team of committed educators.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating diverse teaching strategies to meet individual student needs. </li><li>Lead classroom activities that promote literacy, math skills, speech therapy techniques, and early childhood development principles. </li><li>Manage classroom behavior through effective behavioral therapy techniques and positive behavior management strategies. </li><li>Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing, IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals, and formative assessments to tailor instruction accordingly. </li><li>Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, behavioral health professionals, and other educators to support students with disabilities or developmental delays. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of student development, IEPs, and behavioral reports while ensuring compliance with educational policies and regulations. </li><li>Mentor and support assistant teachers or teaching aides to foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in classroom management within early childhood education or special education settings. </li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, and curriculum development. </li><li>Expertise in working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or those requiring early intervention services. </li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and specialists. </li><li>Ability to design engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori or preschool methodologies when applicable. </li><li>Familiarity with IEP processes, behavioral health strategies, and behavioral therapy techniques. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in tutoring, mentoring, and providing individualized support for students with diverse needs.
