The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge along with administrative capabilities and experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.Working Hours8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Full-Time)Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Odoo ERP</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Prepare invoices, LPOs, and quotations</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions</li><li>Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting</li><li>Manage petty cash and expense tracking</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle office administration and documentation</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR coordination</li><li>Manage correspondence, emails, and filing systems</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams</li><li>Support procurement and logistics documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Mandatory experience in Odoo ERP</li><li>Mandatory experience in Furniture Manufacturing / Joinery Industry or related industry.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting principles</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Visa provided</li><li>Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a professional manufacturing environment</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their CV to: Email : hr@woodsin.com WhatsApp : +971553220422Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
