Rubix/Farmbrook is seeking a Remote Medical Receptionist to join our team supporting both the Pain Management and Behavioral Health clinics! The Remote Medical Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of medical office procedures. This position is fully remote, applicant must reside in the state of Michigan.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage patient referrals and coordinate with clinical teams</li><li>Verify health insurance information for patients</li><li>Schedule appointments and patient evaluations</li><li>Retrieve and manage faxes</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system</li><li>Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and providers</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in a front desk or administrative support role in healthcare</li><li>Experience in Pain Management or Behavioral Health settings is a plus</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems (Tebra preferred) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, etc.)</li><li>Must have a private workspace with reliable internet access and your own device (laptop or desktop)</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Fully remote position (Michigan residents only)</li><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li><li>Supportive team and opportunities for growth</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
