Administrative AssistantWoolsey Design + Build New Braunfels, Texas Full-Time | 7:30 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM (Monday&ndash;Friday)Position OverviewWoolsey Design + Build is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President and Back-Office Team.This role is critical to the stability and performance of our back-office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional in communication, and capable of maintaining structure in a fast-moving commercial construction environment.You will primarily support our senior administrative lead while interacting regularly with leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. This is not a passive role.
