If you&rsquo;re passionate about recruiting and growing in a fast-paced global environment &mdash; we want to hear from you!Position OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist with strong experience in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and international hiring.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of generating high-quality candidates the same day a role is assigned. You must be confident working night shifts aligned with US business hours and familiar with US, Canada, UK, and EU recruitment compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Use advanced Boolean search techniques to source top technical talent on LinkedIn and other job boards.</li><li>Create targeted search strings for roles across US, Canada, UK, and EU markets.</li><li>Deliver a minimum of 4 high-quality CVs per day for assigned roles.</li><li>Cover roles on the same day they are received (fast turnaround).</li><li>Screen and identify candidates suitable for IT and engineering roles.</li><li>Maintain ATS entries and update daily sourcing reports.</li><li>Understand and apply global staffing compliance, including:</li><li>US labor laws</li><li>Canada employment and work permit rules to support hiring legal candidates.</li><li>UK/Europe GDPR guidelines for recruiting</li><li>Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager during US hours (7 PM &ndash; 4 AM PKT).</li><li>Communicate professionally with candidates across multiple time zones.</li><li>Build pipelines for niche skill sets.</li><li>Represent Workforce-Today Canada with professionalism and international standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn sourcing or recruitment research.</li><li>Strong command of Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.</li><li>Experience sourcing for US, Canada, UK, and EU roles.</li><li>Ability to work the US shift (night shift).</li><li>Good understanding of US staffing terms (W2, C2C, 1099, and basic labor rules).</li><li>Familiarity with Canadian hiring norms and UK/EU recruitment practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written &amp; verbal).</li><li>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver same-day sourcing.</li><li>Fast learner with strong organizational skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work with a Canadian international recruitment agency.</li><li>Exposure to global hiring practices across US, Canada, UK, and EU.</li><li>Fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn niche technical sourcing.</li><li>Growth opportunities into full-cycle recruitment, account management, or international teams.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive management.</li><li>Competitive salary &amp; performance bonuses.</li></ul>Why Join Workforce-Today Canada?Working with us gives you: ✨ Real-world international recruitment experience ✨ Direct exposure to global markets ✨ Training to enhance your technical sourcing skills ✨ Freedom to source creatively and independently ✨ A professional and growth-oriented environmentJob Type: Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
