Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist with strong experience in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and international hiring.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of generating high-quality candidates the same day a role is assigned. You must be confident working night shifts aligned with US business hours and familiar with US, Canada, UK, and EU recruitment compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Use advanced Boolean search techniques to source top technical talent on LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Create targeted search strings for roles across US, Canada, UK, and EU markets.
• Deliver a minimum of 4 high-quality CVs per day for assigned roles.
• Cover roles on the same day they are received (fast turnaround).
• Screen and identify candidates suitable for IT and engineering roles.
• Maintain ATS entries and update daily sourcing reports.
• Understand and apply global staffing compliance, including:
• US labor laws
• Canada employment and work permit rules to support hiring legal candidates.
• UK/Europe GDPR guidelines for recruiting
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager during US hours (7 PM – 4 AM PKT).
• Communicate professionally with candidates across multiple time zones.
• Build pipelines for niche skill sets.
• Represent Workforce-Today Canada with professionalism and international standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn sourcing or recruitment research.
• Strong command of Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Experience sourcing for US, Canada, UK, and EU roles.
• Ability to work the US shift (night shift).
• Good understanding of US staffing terms (W2, C2C, 1099, and basic labor rules).
• Familiarity with Canadian hiring norms and UK/EU recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver same-day sourcing.
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills.
