Job description:We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead and support our sales team in promoting and selling electrical products across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical materials, proven sales skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and distributors</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach</li><li>Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>KNX Knowledge</li><li>Experience in sales of electrical items/materials, panel and switch gears equipment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical products, fittings, cables, switches, and lighting</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul>* Send your CV to hire123.2022@gmail.comJob Type: Full-time
