Sales Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead and support our sales team in promoting and selling electrical products across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical materials, proven sales skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly

Requirements

• KNX Knowledge
• Experience in sales of electrical items/materials, panel and switch gears equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, fittings, cables, switches, and lighting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
